[Espressomd-maintainer] [espresso] Torque (#77)

I removed the 'GALILEI' feature in favor of functions that are compiled into ESPResSo by default. I also (hopefully) removed the error with the CATALYTIC_REACTIONS. I've also updated the User's Guide to reflect the changes and made minor modifications to the particle section.
