Hi Milena,

i guess you could simply add a
fprintf(stderr,"P %d: vel=(%.3e,%.3e,%.3e)\n", p->p.identity, p->m.v[0],p->m.v[1],p->m.v[2]);

in the thermostat.hpp to manually print the velocities.

The feature #define THERMO_DEBUG will give you the forces.
