Well,
I found a way to regenerate the invalid coordsys bug and an hour after
that I knew what was a reason for it.
In single view mode the buoymanager tried to ask from non drew
single manager whether it hasMouseHit. This was not very good idea since
the second single manager had been rendered in cs which was in multi mode.
Since the single manager stores the coordinate system index, that it was
rendered into, the used cs index for doing transformations was far above
the size of current indexed coordinate systems in the scene.
The trick to press 'Ctrl-S' twice makes now sense to fix the situation ;)
