We should start to *use* our system.
I propose that at following year we will do:

- Complete Storm
    - pool acl 
    - metadata records
    - more (benja?)

- Use Storm collaboratively within our group, i.e., do all communication 
  with it (exlusive VoIP).
    - irc
    - email
    - even we mirror data between these two system: original and 
      storm + xanalogic, only remote connections are allowed to be non 
      xanalogic.
    - perhaps write an article of benefits.

Timeline proposal:
- Q1: Complete Storm
- Q2: Start design of FenIRC, FenMail

So, any comments? Any other proposals?
