Hello.

I think ff3d can do it! Since I am not a specialist of electromagnetisme, I 
may be wrong, but if I am right, magnetostatic can be written as a Laplacian 
in homogeneous media. [there is a condensator example in the old freefem 
package]

If you want a more precise answer, please send the equation of your problem.
