1.Install PyXML
Download PyXML from http://sourceforge.net/projects/pyxml
#tar zxf PyXML-0.8.3.tar.gz
#cd PyXML-0.8.3
#python setup.py build
#python setup.py install
restart your Zope

2. Install xml_libs
open zope-directory
Download  http://flea.uiah.fi/xml_libs.tar.gz
#tar zxf xml_libs.tar.gz
