[Fle3-users] FLE objekt creation fails in zope

Hi  
I've just installed fle and zope from the debianpackages  
created an emergency user and a real manager (admin)! 
I m logged in as admin (who is a manager) and  following
the instructions from  
http://fle3.uiah.fi/quick_installation_steps/install1.html 
 
but when reaching to step 5 "creating "  
the process fails with the following error :

Zope has encountered an error while publishing this
resource. 
 
Error Type: UnboundLocalError 
Error Value: local variable 'user' referenced before
assignment

this happens when i try to create a FLE environment with a
new userbase 
 
trying the existing userbase using fx. my admin user 
produces the following error:

Zope Error 
 
Zope has encountered an error while publishing this
resource. 
 
Error Type: NameError 
Error Value: global name 'security' is not defined

I dot want to read the whole zope book because its only FLE
i'm interessted in.  
i can't find the error message on google.  
 
 
I must say that i'm running a debian server with 200 client
machines and 1500 users on an LDAP database on  
a different server. I want to import all those users into
zope and i createt en LDAPUserFolder acl_users but I did
not yet 
replace the acl_users folder in the / directory so this
should not be the problem.
