[Fle3-users] "Really" removing a note

If I remove a note it doesn't really go away. Text explaining why it
was removed stays. 

How do I make a note (thread starting note) to go away without a
trace? I already cleared the 'catalog_notes' in 'courses'-folder but
the note is still there. Where do you store them?

I would be very thankful for any suggestions.
