Well, the password didn't work. And it's not a good idea to post
passwords on these lists, since they're publicly archived.

FLE should work straight out of the box, without you having to touch
any access settings. If you have, you should probably revert the
settings to the way they were.

Maybe you should try to create another course with a course folder and
see if the problems are repeated there.
