There is also the fluidXtra, extension for Macromedia Director (Mac and Windows). (http://www.infiniteCD/org) And the fluidsynth BuildingBlock, extension of the Virtools 3D game authoring env. (Windows) (http://www.virtools.com)
Both are in development (beta) and will be released some time in the future. I am the main developer of both, so contact me for details.
