Hi,
I've fixed some compilation problems under Visual Stupido in the SVN
repository. I've tested only MSVC 2008 and 2005. Hope it works for older
compilers too.
BTW, the patch for fast MIDI file rendering by David Henningsson also fails
under MS compilers.
