[Freecycle-users] unable to send midi input to freecycle

Hi, I've been playing around with Freecycle, but have been unable to
send midi events to trigger beats.   I can assign keys using the
keyboard dialog on the bottom of slices but can not trigger them with
my keyboard or sequencer.   I can route these midi events to other
samplers fine.  But there are no jack routes available to me for
Freecycle.  I have seen other messages about a midi configuration
dialog (e.g.

), but I am unable to find one or reference to one in the docs.  Is
there a midi configuration I need to go through first?

I'm running 0.6.1.1alpha from Debian/lenny.   Thanks!
