Summary: Sensors fails to catch Voltage ALERT on sensor 12 in default mode

Original Submission: Sensors fails to catch a voltage alert condition in
default mode. It properly detects the alert condition in both verbose and very
verbose mode. Is the same code being used to check alert conditions for all
three verbosity levels?

Repeatable Example:

address@hidden:~/work/freeipmi_ft$ sudo sensors -s 12
12: Proc Bd +1.2V (Voltage): 1.22 V (low=1.18/nom=1.20/high=1.21) [OK]

address@hidden:~/work/freeipmi_ft$ sudo sensors -v -s 12
Record ID: 12
Sensor type: Proc Bd +1.2V (Voltage)
Sensor number: #29
Event/Reading type code: 01h
Lower non-recoverable threshold: 0.00 Volts
Upper non-recoverable threshold: 0.00 Volts
Lower Critical threshold: 1.08 Volts
Upper Critical threshold: 1.31 Volts
Lower non-critical threshold: 0.00 Volts
Upper non-critical threshold: 0.00 Volts
Sensor min. reading: 0.00 Volts
Sensor max. reading: 3.06 Volts
Normal min.: 1.18 Volts
Nominal reading: 1.20 Volts
Normal max: 1.21 Volts
Sensor reading: 1.22 Volts
Sensor status: ALERT

address@hidden:~/work/freeipmi_ft$ sudo sensors -vv -s 12
Record ID: 12
Sensor type: Proc Bd +1.2V (Voltage)

Event/Reading type code: 01h
Lower non-recoverable threshold: 0.00 Volts
Upper non-recoverable threshold: 0.00 Volts
Lower Critical threshold: 1.08 Volts
Upper Critical threshold: 1.31 Volts
Lower non-critical threshold: 0.00 Volts
Upper non-critical threshold: 0.00 Volts
