Oh wait, I remember why I wanted to bring this up.  By hard coding
/var/lib/freeipmi/ipckey, the 'make distcheck' fails when you aren't
root.  This is the case with Redhat and the version of autotools they
have on RHEL3 atleast.  Do we just stick with this??
