[Freeipmi-devel] IPMI_MUTEX_LOCK/UNLOCK fixes from 2005-08

Hi Bala,

* libfreeipmi/src/ipmi-semaphores.h (IPMI_MUTEX_LOCK): Continues
  only for non-zero semid.

* libfreeipmi/src/ipmi-semaphores.h (IPMI_MUTEX_UNLOCK): like
  wise.

Why was this necessary?  A semaphore may have an id of 0.  So if it
does, locking/unlocking just won't be done?  This currently breaks
bmc-watchdog on various command line options.
