Hello All:

Tested with lab unit, and see the following:

1. Unplugged the LAN cable, get the following error:
Physical Scrty (Platform Chassis Intrusion): [LAN Leash Lost (system is
unplugged from LAN)]"

2. Open the chassis cover:
Physical Scrty (Platform Chassis Intrusion): [General Chassis Intrusion]

So the original messages asked was indicating that the LAN cable is unplugged.

The problem is: the LAN cable is indeed connected:

Network Interface Parameter Configuration(ifconfig -a)

em0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        options=1b<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING>
        inet6 fe80::215:17ff:fede:8910%em0 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x1
        inet x.x.x.x netmask 0xffffffc0 broadcast x.x.x.x
        ether 00:15:17:de:89:10
        media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex>)
        status: active
em1: flags=8802<BROADCAST,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
        options=1b<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING>
        ether 00:15:17:de:89:11
        media: Ethernet autoselect
        status: no carrier

Are there any other cases that cause this issue ?

Thanks
Viet
