iLO is based on IPMI (HP was one of the 4 collaborators in writing the spec), 
but there are extensions and changes to the interfaces for HP stuff.

I updated the BIOS and iLO to the current versions.

I'm not sure if the system has IPMI or not.

It has some hardware monitoring thing from HP
