Thanks for the catch.  Just as an FYI,

libfreeipmi/src/cmds/ipmi-dcmi-cmds.c

was moved to

libfreeipmi/cmds/ipmi-dcmi-cmds.c

in a code re-org awhile back.  Not sure what tree you developed the
patch against.
