I can confirm that the SDR, SEL, and DCMI timestamps are now being interpreted 
as local time (corresponding to IPMI 2.0 section 37). 

For example, executed with both managed system and management console at May-9, 
7:3x PM:

SEL Time : 05/09/2012 - 19:31:39
