FreeIPMI does not work if OpenIPMI kernel modules are loaded.

In Tyan SMDC BMC, these fields are read-only.  You can simply ignore them

we haven't received approval from Tyan to use this SOL information in
FreeIPMI and Tyan is in moving process to IPMI 2.0.  We decided to support
IPMI 2.0 SOL.
