Hi Amitoj,
As promised, I have added garpd (Gratuitous ARP Daemon) to GNU
FreeIPMI project. It will broadcast request-based-gratuitous-ARP
packets for a list of IP and MAC address mappings from a configuration
file. This is particularly useful for mBMCs that doesn't support
GARP broadcasts.
