Hmmm.  That's indeed strange.  I've never seen this happen before.

The first question I have is if this is being done on the same machine?
Are you flushing (using the -f option) then re-flashing the SDR cache
between your execution of 0.3.1 and 0.4.3?  I believe between 0.3.X and
0.4.X, the SDR cache changed.  It should have given you a message like:

SDR Cache load failed: BLAH REASON; SDR cache may need to be flushed and
reloaded

But I suppose there could be a corner case where it doesn't notice the
cache is inbalid/out of date and uses it anyways.

As for the compile problem, I'll punt to Dmitry.  Not really sure what
could be wrong on the freebsd build.
