  OEM commands.
o In ipmi-sensors and ipmimonitoring, continue reading sensors after a

o In libfreeipmi, support Get System Information parameters command.
o Support --without-encryption build option .
o Do not require execute permissions on driver devices.
o Fix portability for some embedded systems.
