Hi,

It appears that there is no IPMI service at the IP address you are
specifying.  I don't know HP machines that well, but perhaps there is a
setup issue on the HP machine.  Perhaps IPMI is on a different ethernet
port, or needs to be enabled, etc.

I hope that helps in some way.
