No, you downloaded the right stuff. You're just getting in on this project
very early. The initial GUI framework (including the Scintilla control) has
not yet been checked in. I'm still working on it.

(In two days I am going to be unemployed, so that means I'll have more time
to finished off the initial GUI framework and get it checked in! :)
