I've just uploaded an installer for FXRuby 1.0.13, for the Windows 
version of Ruby 1.7.3. This build is compatible with the latest (CVS) 
version of Ruby 1.7.3, which includes a fix related to using Ruby 
threads with FXRuby. To download, please check the SourceForge page
