There was a threading problem on Win32 that arose when using native
extensions. Its been there for a long time. Since FXRuby is native, it
was manifested there. Other extensions had problems, I guess, too.
Anyway, a fix has been applied, and Lyle built FXRuby against that build
(from the CVS) which contains the fix. I have verified that the fix
works in FreeRIDE an other places I used Fox.
FreeRIDE had an issue on Win32 of creating multiple FxMainWindows that I
patched (although its really not 'fixed') last night.
