[FR-devel] FreeRUBY dependencies.

Just to note that I built the FreeRUBY distro zip against MS VC++ v7 and
it requires the runtime libraries installed.  For those that have
Windows XP, .NET or Visual Studio.NET, you have them.  For others you
can download the .dll's from here:

http://www.infoether.com/ruby/msv7.zip

Just unzip these into your freeruby/bin directory or your
windows/system32 directory.
