Edit this file:

freeride/plugins/rubyide_fox_gui/fxscintilla/ruby_properties.rb

Its got the colors and fonts in it.

Also this file:

freeride/plugins/rubyide_fox_gui/fxscintilla/global_properties.rb

Have encodings in it for font/color...the ruby_properties overrides the 
global_properties.
