    [sdf] Add utility functions for contours.
    
    * src/sdf/ftsdf.c (get_control_box, get_contour_orientation): New
    functions.
    (split_conic, split_cubic, split_sdf_conic, split_sdf_cubic,
    split_sdf_shape): New functions.
