regarding [error] while opening w95/w98 ttf file |

i am using compiled DUMP.EXE of BP7-version to read some .TTF located
"c:\windows\fonts\" as belows :-
"dump c:\windows\fonts\wingding.ttf"
-or-
"cd c:\windows\fonts"
"f:\freetype\dump wingding.ttf"
the message said that :-
"Error : Could not open c:\windows\fonts\wingding.ttf, error code = 10"
and now can someone tell me the problem here and how to solve it ?
