I've just updated to the lastest CVS sources. The prototype
for FTC_Image_Cache_Lookup has moved to ./src/cache/ftcimage.h
and this file is not installed into the standard include directory.
Also I need declarations like FTC_Image_Desc and FTC_Image_Cache.
Is this an oversight, or is there a new mechanism for looking
up cached images?
