[Freetype] FreeType 2 API Reference available

Hello,

  I have recently updated the "docmaker" Python script used
  to generate the API reference from the FreeType 2 sources.

  It now supports chapters and section block ordering. You
  can have a look at the results directly at:

 We're not perfect yet, but reaching it :-)
