Indeed, I suggest to undefine FT_CONFIG_OPTION_USE_CMAPS currently for
`critical' applications since not all drivers have proper support for
the new CMap code (which could itself be buggy). On the other hand,
please test the current snapshot; there have been some fixes
w.r.t. cmaps.

PFR won't work since it has only the new cmap code. On the other
hand, t42 crashes currently if the new cmap code is active...
