You had not search very long, had you?
There is no central FAQ, but there are quite a number of them
at the various points of the web pages.

Well, we do not have a sophisticated bug track system (partly because
it is quicker for some of us to just monitor the mailing list, rather
than administrate the tracking system, which is quite a job, particularly
when you are as I am behind a dial-in modem).
If you do not want to search (via Google or dedicated system) through
the whole archive of the list, just drop a message to address@hidden
