Unfortunately, the original PFM specification for
single byte charset was in Microsoft Windows 3.x DDK,
it's no longer available. However, I think the beginning
of the header (written in Adobe's TechNote) is not
extended for CJK.
Ah, I found ATLANLN.PFB is also broken.
