[ft] setjmp/longjmp

Hi everybody.

I am working in a platform where setjmp/longjmp is not supported.

I have patched the Freetype code to work in my platform without these sentences. BTW, it has been a painful task!

 

Although setjmp/longjmp are standard C functions, they use operating system specific code that may not be supported at all in a specific platform.

I will be happy if you remove them in a future release. J
