[ft] Question regarding licensing information for specific Freetype files

We have downloaded FreeType version 2.3.12 and have been planning to use your code in our products. However, we cannot, under our policy, redistribute your code unless we have a copyright notice and licensing information from you in the following necessary files:

 

config/ftmodule.h

src/gzip/inffixed.h

src/tools/test_afm.c

src/tools/test_bbox.c

src/tools/test_trig.c

 

In most of your files you have the following information (using ftcache.c as an example)
