I don't know if there is OpenType/CFF equivalents of the Blue Sky Research/Y&Y based Computer Modern fonts, but if they exist, you'll want to check them out.  They use the div operator (which isn't really that exotic, it's in the Type 1 spec and is used in the Type 1 flavor of the above fonts).

I suppose I could download the OpenType FDK from Adone and convert the BSR/Y&Y fonts that can be downloaded from the AMS.

has a list of `exotic' opcodes which have been mainly added to the
standard for round-trip conversion of MultipleMaster fonts, a
technology which is defunct already since more than ten years.  Most
of the two-byte opcodes belong into this category:

I now wonder whether people have CFF fonts (most probably embedded
into old PDF documents) which actually use those opcodes.

PS: I *do* have fonts which use the deprecated `seac' emulation, so
    this special feature of the `endchar' opcode is not part of my
    request.
