It does not matter considering that
Fedora 22 runs 2.5.5, which is progressive in comparison to
Android 5.1.1 runs 2.5.3
Ubuntu Vivid runs 2.5.2
iOS runs 2.4.7 last time I checked
Why distributions are more conservative about FreeType than kernel is beyond me.
