What I Complain about is the font display effect in my web browser is not very
good.
I take a screenshot, the firefox(I use it very often) on my pc. The font use by
the website can not choose by me.
My resolution is 1920*1080.
In the screenshot, I can see some burrs in the Chinese Character.

I doubt that your claim is correct. If there are rendering issues
it's rather that the software stack on top of FreeType doesn't do the
right thing. In particular, it often doesn't do proper gamma
correction while blitting bitmaps.
Please give examples.

AFAIK, there aren't any patents that directly affect FreeType's
low-level font rendering, and which aren't already handled.
