Hi all!
Yesterday, a Linux-oriented company announced a lawsuit (or some kind of
legal litigation...) against the provincial government after it decided
to "upgrade" its systems from Windows 2k to Vista. Arguing it is not an
upgrade but a radical change of OS, Savoir-Faire Linux is contesting the
choice of a Windows platform, without any open call for bids.

I think this is good news, from a lot of point of views :
1. That's a lot of advertising for Free Software.
2. That's an interesting example of a company legally making money with
Free Software.
3. This can lead to a broader discussion about Free Software in the
public sector.
