[Fsfe-france] Press Review

        I was preparing to send an article to Nicole Ciry (given to me by
Rodolphe Quiedeville) and figured it would be more convenient to have
a form to fill for informations related to the article. I wrote a
simple template (http://france.fsfeurope.org/collecte/form.en.html)
and changed the page explaining how to proceed to point to it
(http://france.fsfeurope.org/collecte/collecte.en.html). When doing so
I also moved all files in a subdirectory.

        Of course it would be better to have a database + a smart form
that you can fill online etc. I guess this will be for later ;-)
