It appears to me that the logical place/virtual place to start a
recruitment drive is with the LUG's.
The Lug's provide a base of those who at least know enough to operate a
GNU-Linux operating system. Each LUG must have at least one 'evangelical'
member who if nothing else is willing to put his £10.00 where his or her
convictions are. If just one member could be recruited in each of the UK
LUG's it would give us at least 94 members, [1], and an income of over
£1000 p.a. plus even geographical spread.
