Great News.
The European Parliment vote on the software patents directive
has been moved back to it's original date of September 1st.

So we have an extra two months to get organised and educate
our MEPs. This also indicates that a substantial number of
MEPs are curious about the issue.
I can't find anything on the EP website to confirm this but
FFII point to the June 30th schedule (which has no mention of
a software patents vote) as proof that the date has been changed:
