Apparently MS is suing Brazil's head IT official, Sergio
Amadeu. Unfortunately the link is to a page in Portuguese but a Google
rough translation seems to imply that MS is suing the Head Of IT because
of the Brasilian Gov's free software policies. If anyone can read
Portuguese and give a more accurate summary it could help!
