More practically, does anyone know the Gerald Wilson
who blew the whistle on them, or have any idea of
the contractors for whom he used to work? He should
be the first point of contact for more information on
the whole thing.
It's certainly something worth kicking up a fuss about -
if we have to have these weapons of mass destruction
we can at least have them under the reliable control
of Free Software - however unreliable the political
control is.
