At least one government body bought a CMS from Microsoft, and
deployed Plone anyway according to a slight impartial but well
placed source, not a purchasing decision they are likely to shout
about - "you spent how much on Microsoft software you don't use?" -
not to mention the costs of "fixing" -- urm I mean customising <yeah
right> -- the MS solution.
Plone is pretty good on things like Accessibility, which the
government has of course made a legal requirement through the DDA.
Not that I've got into Plone yet, but it is on the list, and Google
has only just indexed me first Mambo site.
