Thank you all for your efforts on my behalf concerning the above matter. I 
am investigating the Tellico Software as the 'custom' version of it seems 
to do what was described to me. 

I would have quite happily searched for the material myself, however whilst 
I thought what was being described to me might very well be a database, 
the ability to file and retrieve images together with the text, is/was 
something outside of my experience. Although, I have, only five days ago, 
bought "SQL in a Nutshell" as I found that I needed to be able to use a 
database. (I've got to page 3 so far).
