Hi all

EU funding (IST call5) for this year including a specific 'open source'
category is in the pipeline.

You need partners  in other countries to apply for this; there's talk of
organising  a consortium  via the address@hidden list (which
obviously doesn't preclude people setting up other consortia via other
lists, it's just handy that that particular one is multi-national)
